In the past they credited the refund to my account but now they're saying it's not possible and that they can only refund to my payment method. Now they just close my requests without even trying to help. I've complained multiple times that I have not received a refund but they just keep palming me off and tell me to contact my card provider, which I have done. They will not give me a refund this time though. I received a stock notification email days later and tried to purchase the DLC again, same issue.

Managed to get a refund (not a full one mind you) and advised to try again when I receive a stock notification email. No indication on the product page that there was no stock available. Tried to buy a DLC code multiple times but the orders were cancelled as there was no stock. Once again got a useless response with no effort made to resolve the issue. EDIT: Contacted the company again as per their response to this review.
